A gift of real estate can include personal residences, vacation homes, rental property, and farmland. You have a number of options for making a gift of real estate to WLJT-TV 11 West TN PBS: 

1. You can gift outright and claim a tax deduction.
2. You can give later through your will or revocable living trust.
3. You can deed the remaining interest of your personal residence to WLJT, retain the right to remain in the home for life and receive a tax deduction.
